If you took one of the Historic Tours family of tour and attraction products and would like a refund under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, please fill out the form below to have your refund request reviewed. Please note that due to limited seating availability, date and/or time specific tickets are non-refundable if they are not used on the reservation date (no show).

For tickets purchased through third-party booking sites such as Viator, Expedia, GetYourGuide, or TripAdvisor, please reach out to them directly for any refund requests, as their individual refund policies will apply.
