Historic Tours of America, Inc. and its subsidiaries: (Old Town Trolley Tours, Conch Tour Train, Ghosts & Gravestones, Key West Aquarium, Harry S. Truman Little White House, Yankee Freedom, III Dry Tortugas National Park Ferry, Key West Shipwreck Treasure Museum, Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum, Arlington National Cemetery Tours, DC Ducks, The Soul of Music City Night Tour, American Prohibition Museum, Paula Deen Tour, Old Jail, Potter’s Wax Museum, Oldest Store Museum, St. Augustine History Museum, San Diego SEAL Tours, San Diego City Lights Tour, La Jolla and San Diego Beaches Day Tripper Tour) donates to organizations that:

  • Are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization;
  • Are having a fundraising event to benefit youth and families, animals or the environment/conservation; and
  • Complete the donation request form online.

Historic Tours of America and its subsidiaries are unable to provide charitable donations to:

  • Organizations that discriminate in the provision of services unlawfully or in a manner inconsistent with Historic Tours of America, Inc. 's policies on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, marital status, mental or physical ability, or sexual orientation
  • Organizations that are actively engaged in highly controversial issues or use controversial tactics to advocate their position. A controversial issue is a serious matter that has an impact on society or its institutions for which different segments of the community have strong opposing positions. A controversial tactic is an unlawful activity or an extreme action that intentionally damages or threatens people or property
  • Organizations that operate or support activities that are counter to Historic Tours of America, Inc. policies
  • Fraternal, or social clubs
