Information on Hurricane Irma

As we begin our recovery from Hurricane Irma, our thoughts are with all the communities in Florida and the Caribbean affected by the storm.

While our operations will remain closed for the time being, our beautiful Key West sunset was unaffected and we can't wait to share it with you again soon!

For our Key West community, our landline telephone at the Shipwreck Treasure Museum will be available for public use on:

Wednesday, September 13 from 10am - 1pm
Thursday, September 14 from 3pm - 5pm

1 Whitehead Street – Key West, Florida 33040

The Following Tours and Attractions are closed:

  • Old Town Trolley
  • Ghosts & Gravestones
  • Key West Shipwreck
  • Mallory Square
  • Conch Tour Train
  • Truman Little White House
  • Key West Aquarium
  • Yankee Freedom

We have no timetable as to when our operations will resume, but we will be posting regular updates on this page.

We look forward to taking you to all the best spots and give you the most comprehensive sightseeing experience in Key West.

Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped clean up after Hurricane Irma. Our Savannah trolleys are back up and running and we can't wait to show you our beautiful city.

We feel very fortunate to report that we will resume our Old Town Trolley service in St. Augustine on Friday, September 15th. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by Hurricane Irma.
