Ghosts & Gravestones Night Tour
Boston • Savannah • St. Augustine • Key West • San Diego
ghost trolleyWhen the sun goes down and the evening air begins to chill, even the most tranquil places on earth can become a bit eerie. Perhaps it’s just the blackened sky or the shadows that creep up all around you…or perhaps it’s the heaviness that fills the air when those from the other side begin to awaken. Discover for yourself what truly haunts five of America’s most legendary cities: Boston, Savannah, Key West, San Diego and St. Augustine. Board the Trolley of the Doomed and sit tight as the Ghosts & Gravestones Tour takes you on a journey through the spookiest places in the cities. You’ll hear first-hand accounts of murder and mystery and learn the facts from your Gravedigger Guide about the infamous spirits that never truly rested in peace. Walk cautiously through burial grounds that are over 400 years old in Boston, enter into River Street’s Perkins and Sons Ship Chandlery in Savannah, hear tales that have been all but forgotten as you travel the narrow, dark streets of Old Town in Key West, walk through sites of reported paranormal occurrences in San Diego and find out why the earliest St. Augustine residents feared being buried alive. It’s an evening of excitement, intrigue and fright, history and fun.

Ready For A Little Southern Immortality?
picture of savannah trolley in foreground and davenport exterior in background as well as two tour guides holding lanternsDon’t be fooled by the seemingly innocent orange and green trolley. This one is not going to make any stops at any museums or art galleries. You can expect, however, to visit the Isaiah Davenport House, a 3-story, brick, Georgian-style home on Columbia Square whose former occupant, the celebrated architect of its namesake, was a highly-regarded member of Savannah society. After marrying a local girl, he proceeded to have 10 children with her. Sadly, only 6 survived, and it is said the spirits of the other four haunt this home to this very day. There is also telling of a long dead feline that still prowls the property and a ghostly child who has been seen walking through the garden and staring out of the window of the upper floors. After this hair-raising experience, double down on the fear factor with a trip to one of the scariest escape rooms in the city!
